Please make sure first that your data provider (Health app, GoogleFit, Garmin, Fitbit, etc) has given the JSA permission to access your data.
Once you have done this, please head to My Account on the JSA app > Data Sources & Devices > and for Nutrition, Workouts, Sleep and Steps, select your data provider as the source and then click Apply.
Check your email address on the app and then your email address on the website where you are reauthorising Fitbit / Garmin. If they do not match, then you are logging into two different accounts and this is of course why the reauthorisation is not helping. You need to reauthorise on the web for the same account which you are using on the app.
