Before you read any further, make sure you have the latest version of the app downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
Many of the bugs we have reported occur during a slow/poor internet connection. We are working to fix all bugs as quickly as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience they may cause, we aim to have bugs fixed in the next couple weeks. You will still be able to fully access all services through the stable mobile web app.
